WONDER OF WONDERS! Loser's Lounge is back! Displaced from Fez, it has found a new home at Joe's Pub at the Public Theater, where it will make its debut with a Stevie Wonder tribute emphasizing his "classic catalogue years."

As a Loser's Lounge veteran, I have high hopes for the event, scheduled for
Thursday, October 13 at 9 p.m.
Friday, October 14 at 7 p.m.
Friday, October 14 at 9 p.m.
Saturday, October 15 at 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 15 at 9 p.m.
I expect these performances to be sold out, so buy your tickets soon if you're interested. (Admission is $25 plus a minimum.) You can get tickets through Telecharge but you should be able to save on service fees (of at least $3/ticket) by purchasing them at the box office.

To get an idea of how much fun the Loser's Lounge tributes can be, check out the photos from last year's Prince tribute. Note the shot of Connie Petruk and Badlands Booker, which captures some of the chemistry of their "I Feel For You."

"Fingertips" and "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing" are among the Stevie Wonder hits I'd love to hear covered at Loser's Lounge. What would be your requests?
