Is this going to be a weekly feature? Where in NYC is David Fischer? I like it...very Today Show meets NY Historical Society.

I haven't been in midtown Manhattan in years, but it looks like Gertrude Stein.

The world is round, and so is the new skating rink in Bryant Park, home to Getrude. I'm so hot, I'm melting the ice.
Congratulations--you're hot! The statue of Gertrude Stein is behind the main branch of the New York Public Library, not far from the new skating rink set up in Bryant Park.
