FUN WITH DICK AND JANE! Tickets are still available for Thursday night's special event at the Film Forum, where a Samuel Fuller double bill will be interrupted for a get-together with grown-up child stars Jane Powell and Dick Moore, who are now married.

Moore, best known as one of The Little Rascals, worked with Gary Cooper, Cecil B. DeMille, Marlene Dietrich, W. C. Fields, and Shirley Temple. Powell, who also appeared with Fields, is a native of Portland, Oregon. Her vivacious performance replacing Judy Garland alongside Fred Astaire and Peter Lawford in Royal Wedding continues to sparkle. Another highlight of her movie career was A Date With Judy, with Elizabeth Taylor, Carmen Miranda, Xavier Cugat, Wallace Beery, and an eerily cast Robert Stack.

Word has it that Carleton Carpenter will also turn up at this event, which I imagine will be very pleasant and intimate...and sold out. So reserve your ticket if you're interested. And fellas: Plan on there being a line at the bathroom.
