WWW. From the diary of M.H., co-owner of a movie house, c. 1948: "Last night I dreamed that a television salesman somehow convinced me to replace the screen with a giant television set. We introduced it at a Saturday double feature--the first movie was Dracula. During a closeup of Bela Lugosi, the kids in the audience began to be sucked into the big screen, like pieces of metal to a giant magnet. I didn't know what to do--and that's when I woke up."
