WWW. "Bill's got some BIG IDEAS about starting up a kind of government TV system, including some sort of TV that teaches children. That sounds good, at least on paper--especially if it teaches the kids to tell the difference between what's TV and what's real in the first place! But I hope he's careful about the politics of all this.
