Okay, yes, it's The Virgin Mother by Damien Hirst, whose The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living--you know, the shark chunks in formaldehyde--can soon be seen at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The Virgin Mother, a kind of 33.75' cross-section of a pregnant woman, is located in the courtyard of the Lever House on Park Avenue. Go figure. You can see other images here and read mixed reactions to the sculpture here.
