In the Spring I planted many sunflower seeds but only one of them survived, becoming the sunflower bush pictured below. For a time, it was abuzz with bees. Good for you, sunflower bush!

Very nice! When do sunflowers usually grow?
I think sunflowers tend to grow in late spring through August/September. This plant made it 'til around Labor Day, if I recall.
