Ramin Bahrani's movie Chop Shop, one of BAT's very favorite movies of 2008 (or 2007, depending on how you look at it), is one of three films to be screened as part of MOMA's Filmmaker in Focus salute to the director. The schedule:
We Mar 4 6:15 Man Push Cart
We Mar 4 8:15 Chop Shop
Th Mar 5 7:00 Goodbye Solo Introduced by Bahrani
Fr Mar 6 6:00 Chop Shop Pay-what-you-wish
Sa Mar 7 6:00 Man Push Cart
Here's a clip from Goodbye Solo. (Warning: Through the magic of YouTube, it segues into at least one other clip.)

I watched "Man Push Cart" recently, It's pretty mellow, and shows a side of NYC that you might not stop and think about.
