THE KENNETH FOSTER CASE
On August 30, 2007, Kenneth Foster may be put to death in Texas even though he has killed no one: He was, apparently, an unwitting accomplice in a killing committed by a person who was already executed last year. Neither of the other two accomplices were sentenced to death.
I learned about the situation tonight courtesy of the other Dave. It is hard to know what to do about things like this, but it is good to do something if you care. So I am spreading the word through this post. If you care too, what will you do?
