Among Republicans, there's been all sorts of talk about re-anointing Giuliani to lead the nation through the Hurricane Katrina crisis, but the man seems to have fallen somewhere under the radar. The websites for Giuliani Partners and Giuliani Capital Advisors don't even seem to acknowledge that anything unusual has occurred.
