Yes! (Technically, a figure of Greeley.)

And yes!!

Scott is hott...again!!! (Thank goodness he didn't negate a good first guess with a gratuitous but poor follow-up, as has been his wont in recent contests.)

The location is, in fact, Greeley Square, just south of Herald Square.
