NATIONAL SPELLING BEE 2006: ROUND 5. With Round 5 over, Long Island's Prateek Kohli has stayed in the running with realpolitik. And spelling bee veteran Katharine Close of Asbury Park also remained in the game with Bildungsroman.

But they also have to contend with one Bonny Jain (Mustelidae, seta, lipothymia, cromlech), another spelling bee veteran. Bee badass Bonny (pictured below) hails from Moline, Illinois, which in itself is can be a challenge to spell. And he's fresh from winning the National Geographic Spelling Bee!
