THAT KOOKY CARTOON CAPTION CONTEST! Just a couple of notes....

First: The main page for the contest is currently one big mess. Could this have something to do with recent restructuring?

Second: Perhaps the website is shorting out over the fact that Caption Contest #78 finalist Carl Gable of Norcross, Georgia ("Hmm. What rhymes with layoffs?") is the same Carl Gable of Norcross, Georgia who already won Caption Contest #40 with "Well, that was abominable." Believe it...or not!
