WHERE WAS I? As usual, it's somewhere in New York City. Anyone can play; just leave your guesses in the comments using a distinct moniker so we can tell you apart from the other players. And specificity counts. Enjoy!

Outside your yoga class?
Good one, Debbie!
But no, that's not it.
Manhattan?
Yes, Deborah, it's Manhattan!
South Street Seaport?
I think I see where you're coming from, Debbie--but that's not it either.
Downtown?
That depends on your definition of "downtown," Deborah!
OK, that answer was actually helpful.
West Side?
Yes, Deborah, it's on the West Side.
Is this on the barge that used to be called "The Frying Pan" around 24th Street and the West Side highway?
Congratulations, Debbie--I'm gonna give you this one! I was on the barge that's adjacent to The Frying Pan, and the location of "around 24th Street and the West Side highway" is pretty much on target.
I was there with Trapezia before we went to see The Stepfathers at Upright Citizens Brigade. We'd been exploring the barge for a while before we learned that it wasn't open! No wonder we were virtually the only people onboard.
Now, however, it seems that The Frying Pan is back in business. Good--the whole shebang is worth a visit, wherever it happens to be.
